We picked up the beef yesterday and had a steak for dinner last night -- it was delicious, thank you! I'm also making stock with some bones.
We're very pleased with the quantity and quality.

" I thawed two T-bone steaks, but my wife and I only needed one. We were vegetarians last year. I am still trying to adjust to life outside of the green house. So I am glad the steaks are singly wrapped. I am also a health nut so I will not grill or fry my steak. I braise the steak in a mixture of ingredients – one of which is my homemade ketchup for 1hour and 15 minutes in the oven. Wow that T-bone was so good – superb. I cannot wait for lunch tomorrow and braise the other T-bone. Super lean meat that melts in your mouth!
P.S. My tiny dachshund is enjoying the chili powdered braised kidney – very tender (simmered on the stove). Now I will not have to buy her pasture chicken eggs for awhile.
